Kerry Washington and her husband, Nnamdi Asomugha, are moving on from their lavish Hollywood Hills home!
According to the Daily Mail, the 38-year-old actress and her ex-NFL player spouse, 34, have sold their mansion for $2.68 million. The couple — who married in June 2013 — reportedly bought the house in May 2014, just one month after they welcomed their now 20-month-old daughter, Isabelle.

The 3,855-square-foot French Country-style estate — built in 1926 — includes a rotunda entry, a living room with a fireplace, an updated kitchen and a gym. The home’s exterior features a two-car garage, courtyard, outdoor living room, guesthouse, swimming pool and a half basketball court.

The pair still own a home in Manhattan beach, just south of LA, that Nnamdi purchased in 2010.
