Closer Weekly previously exclusively with Frida Harju, an in-house nutritionist at Lifesum, to learn all about the Duchess of Cambridge’s secrets to staying fit and healthy. From what she shared, it seems the princess’ routine is super easy to even achieve on your own!
According to Frida, Kate is really selective when it comes to her carbohydrates intake, which definitely explains why she has one of the most perfect figures we’ve ever seen! Plus, we’ve noticed in a plethora of photos that Kate is also serious about her sporty, athletic side — and is in better shape than ever before even after welcoming three kids!
Many fans also think Kate’s impressive body could be due to the fact that she may breastfeed. It’s been said that you burn calories quicker when you breastfeed, which could be why Kate has stepped out looking better than ever just days after giving birth to all three of her kids.
But on top of that, she cooks healthy. In a previous interview, Kate’s hubby, Prince William, joked about his wife’s cooking. “It’s the reason I’m so skinny!” he revealed at the time. Kate added of her skills in the kitchen, “William has to put up with my cooking most of the time.” Do you think he splurges on fish and chips in London once in a while?
However, there’s one popular ingredient we know Kate doesn’t eat — and that’s garlic! It’s been reported that Queen Elizabeth doesn’t like it and banned it from being served at Buckingham Palace. “We can never serve anything with garlic or too much onions,” former royal chef Darren McGrady once dished to RecipesPlus. The royal family is really missing out!
