Chip and Joanna Gaines Just Took Baby Crew To His First Football Game — See The Adorable Pic!
He is just so precious! Joanna Gaines can’t stop posting sweeter than sweet photos of her newborn baby boy, Crew Gaines, on Instagram since she gave birth to her fifth baby with hubby Chip Gaines on Saturday, June 23.
And in Crew’s newest photo, his parents, Chip and Jo, treated their little guy to a very special event — his first football game! “First game day for baby Crew ?#SicEm,” Joanna captioned a pic of herself and Crew at a Baylor University game in their hometown of Waco, TX. Proud dad Chip later posted a similar snapshot of the three at the game with the caption, “#GameDay.”
After Crew joined the Gaines family in late June, Joanna, 40, took to Instagram to announce her newest baby’s arrival. “Our baby boy, Crew Gaines, is here and we couldn’t be more in love. He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early — which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful,” the mom-of-five captioned a series of photos of herself and her family on Instagram.
Chip, 43, and Jo are already parents to four older kids: sons Drake, 13, and Duke, 9, and daughters Ella, 11, and Emmie, 8. Following Crew’s arrival, Chip also took to Twitter to reveal his newest son’s birth. “And then there were five… The Gaines crew is now one stronger! 10 beautiful toes and 10 beautiful fingers all accounted for, and big momma is doing great! #BlessedBeyondBelief,” he wrote at the time.
In the hours following Crew’s birth, Joanna additionally posted a touching snapshot of the baby’s older siblings waiting to meet him outside a hospital room door. “One of my favorite pics a friend showed me after Crew was born. They couldn’t wait to meet their new baby brother,” the proud mama wrote.
