Just three days after giving birth to her third child, a son named Theodore, the 34-year-old was spotted out and about in NYC with her two other children, Arabella, 4, and Joseph, 2 — and she looked positively glowing, as always!

While on the go for a school-run on Wednesday, the mom-of-three looked elegant and fresh-faced in a stylish navy blue trench coat, black jeans, trendy sunglasses and a pair of chic flats.

Ivanka and Jared — who married in October 2009 — welcomed little Theodore on Sunday, March 27.
