Hoda Kotb's baby daughter, Haley, hung out with her famous mom's former Today co-star Billy Bush on Wednesday, May 24 — and we can't get over how adorable the pictures of their first meeting are!
"Haley met Billy ??? sweet day xo," Hoda captioned an adorable snapshot of Billy posing with Haley. These snapshots come months after Billy's highly-publicized firing the morning talk show.

Lucky for baby Haley, Billy isn't the first Today star she's gotten to meet in the past few weeks. Hoda recently shared a pic of her infant daughter with Jenna Bush Hager, Kathie Lee Gifford, and Matt Lauer on her Instagram page and Al Roker similarly posted an image of himself holding Haley on his social media. Too cute!
Hoda previously announced Haley's surprise adoption during a call into the Today show on Tuesday, Feb. 21. "It's a baby girl! That little girl, Haley Joy Kotb… I'm crying… is my daughter! I adopted her," the 52-year-old revealed at the time.

The TV star recently opened up about her emotional journey from a cancer survivor to a first-time mom. "One of the things in my life I've always wanted was to be a mom," Hoda said. "Sometimes in your life, things just don’t work out for whatever reason, so you say, 'Well, I wasn’t meant to have that.' But it was really hard to come to terms with it."
Ten years ago, Hoda was diagnosed with breast cancer and bravely underwent a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery in March 2007 to treat the disease. She later learned she is unable to conceive a baby naturally due to her cancer battle.
"There was a hole [in my life]," she continued. "People would say, 'Oh, do you have kids?' And I’d feel like, 'Ouch.' I knew inside it was supposed to be for me."
"One of the reasons was because I couldn’t have children," Hoda added. "Finally I said to myself one day, 'Why can’t I? Why not me?' I had this ache in me that I couldn’t push away anymore."
