Dolly Parton‘s Dollywood is being sued after a woman was seriously injured on one of the theme park’s attractions, a new report from ‘TMZ’ states.

In the lawsuit, Tennessee native Tedi Brown says she slipped from her seat while riding on the ‘Waltzing Swinger’ and fell head first onto the concrete 10 feet below.

Due to the fall, Brown sustained broken bones and says she continues to suffer from lasting brain damage.

Brown and her husband, Derryl, are demanding Dollywood pay more than $475,000 in damages because they claim the park ignored the wet weather and slick conditions that made her slip out of the ride’s seat.
