Chrissy Teigen Had An Epic Response For An Online Hater Who Criticized Her New Short Hair
Better luck next time, hater! On Tuesday, Sept. 25, Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram to deliver one seriously epic clapback at someone who attempted to criticize her short hair. “You look beautiful, but you should grow your hair long again,” the user began. “Girls with round faces should not have short hair like that. It makes your face look huge,” they continued.
Finally, as if to justify their comment, they added: “Been there… believe me… LONG HAIR,” with a thumbs-up emoji. Nice attempt at female solidarity, lady. The mother-of-two, never being one to let a troll get the best of her, replied with: “Honestly, wow, thank you, because when I wake up each morning I wonder what @bcnjw would do and then I try to make her happy — so this was a mistake on my part.”
When will the internet learn that when it comes to attacking A-listers, Chrissy is the last celebrity you want to mess with? After all, earlier in the month, the 32-year-old slammed someone who thought it was a good idea to comment on her post-baby body following the Emmy Awards. “I’m asking this with the utmost respectful [sic], but is @chrissyteigen pregnant again?” someone rudely tweeted, to which Chrissy fired back, “I just had a baby but thank you for being soooo respectful.” Can you say mic drop?
Moral of the story: If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all! Oh, and as far as short hair and round faces are concerned? According to Style Craze, there are a number of short hairstyles suited for women with fuller faces — including a shaggy bob, fauxhawk, and modified pixie cut. So, yeah, take that, hair shamers. Keep rocking your gorgeous ‘do, Chrissy. We love it. Hell, go ahead and give yourself a fauxhawk this instant.
