Once again, Chip Gaines and Joanna Gaines have proved they’re some of the most caring and giving people in the world! During a recent Fixer Upper episode, the HGTV stars paired with former NFL star Tim Tebow to build an ADA-compliant home for a couple whose young sons are both in wheelchairs. But, leave it to Chip and Joanna to take the project above and beyond!

Chip took to Instagram after the episode to share that they were also working to raise money to pay off the family’s mortgage — how sweet! “To me, this picture is worth a thousand words — a thousand encouragements — a thousand happy moments. BUT, there’s more work to do. Let’s rally together to pay off the Copp family’s mortgage — Text Magnolia to 51555 to donate or click the link in our profile for more information,” he captioned a photo of himself with smiling and laughing with the boys.

Fans were quick to comment on the post to express their gratitude surrounding Chip and Joanna’s kind efforts. On top of that, many likely donated, because they were able to raise all the money to pay off the family’s mortgage in full!

“Y’all.. we did it! The Copp family’s mortgage has been paid in full. Thanks for teaming up with us to get this thing finished! Their lives are forever changed because of your generosity,” Chip shared on the platform just two days later with a photo of the family celebrating in front of their house. How sweet!

The fundraising website read, “Thanks to your generosity, within the first 24 hours, we were able to raise $75,000 to completely pay off the remainder of the Copp’s mortgage! All funds raised above $75,000 will be gifted to support other families, like the Copps, in need of home improvements for wheelchair accessibility. This fundraiser will end at midnight on Tuesday, Feb. 6.” Donate here!
