‘Clueless’ Star Alicia Silverstone Makes Appearance With Her Rarely-Seen Son Bear Blu — See the Pic!
We’re not Clueless, we just forgot what Bear Blu looked like after all this time!
Alicia Silverstone, 40, made a public appearance with her rarely-seen six-year-old son on Sunday, May 28 in Hollywood at a special screening of her iconic 1995 film — and he’s grown up so much since the last time we saw him!
The actress and her husband, Christopher Jarecki — the two previously married in 2005 — welcomed their only child, Bea Blu, in May 2005.

At the special event, the little boy sported red pants, sneakers, and a green sweatshirt as his famous mom donned a navy blue skirt and a pale pink blouse with heels. He could almost pass as Alicia’s twin that’s how much they look alike!
Over the years, Alicia has sparked major controversy over some of her odd parenting tactics.
In 2014, she wrote a parenting manual titled The Kind Mama: A Simple Guide to Supercharged Fertility, a Radiant Pregnancy, a Sweeter Birth and a Healthier, More Beautiful Beginning, where she made some big claims including diapers are pseudoscience, vaccines are unsafe, and parents who force their children to sleep on cots rather than in the family bed are neglectful. On top of that, Alicia once shared a video of herself chewing baby food before feeding it to her son from her own mouth!

She also had some advice for women who were trying to become pregnant at the time. She suggested that if you want to get pregnant you need to stop using tampons and when you are pregnant you should avoid meat, dairy, and processed foods. She even went out on a limb and told women who are having trouble conceiving that they’re trying too hard!
Here’s hoping we get to see more of Bear Blu in the future!
