‘A League of Their Own’ Stars Rosie O’Donnell and Geena Davis Reunite
“There’s no crying in baseball!”
Former A League of Their Own costars Rosie O’Donnell and Geena Davis reunited on ‘The View’ on Thursday, Feb. 5 and the pair took an adorable photo to commemorate their special get-together.
“We love this #TBT – @Rosie and Geena Davis A #LeagueOfTheirOwn,” the talk show’s social media team captioned the snapshot of Rosie, 52, posing with Geena, 59.
In the hit 1992 comedy-drama — which is a fictionalized tale of the real-life All-American Girls Professional Baseball League in the 1940s — ‘The View’ host played third baseman Doris Murphy, while Geena portrayed catcher and assistant manager Dorothy “Dottie” Hinson.
