Who Is Marie Osmond’s Daughter Jessica Blosil?

Back in 1982, the Talk star tied the knot with her first husband, Steve Craig. The following year in 1983, the newlyweds welcomed their first child, Stephen. Marie and Steve parted ways in 1985, but the “Paper Roses” singer wasn’t single for long as she said “I do” to her second husband, Brian Blosil, in 1986.

The couple expanded Marie’s family when they adopted Jessica almost two years after her birth on December 17, 1987. At the time, the Donny & Marie star — who also shares kids Rachael, Brandon, Brianna, Matthew, Abigail and late son Michael with Brian — couldn’t have been more thrilled to welcome the beautiful baby girl into her family.

Throughout the years of her mom’s iconic career, Jessica preferred to live a more quiet life out of the spotlight. Even as she’s gotten older, the brunette beauty took a much different career path from her mother, who is considered one of the most iconic singers and stars in Hollywood.

What Is Jessica Blosil’s Job?

Jessica has worked as a Provo City Police officer in Provo, Utah. Aside from her experience in law enforcement, Marie said her daughter also works as a counselor. “She works full-time — she helps people get off drugs and do all those things,” the proud mom told Closer Weekly in October 2019. “She’s loving that.”

The TV host’s daughter is just as successful in her personal life. In June 2019, Marie revealed that Jessica and her longtime girlfriend, Sara, made their love official when they walked down the aisle.

“I’m so glad I got to fly in for the day to be a part of such a happy occasion!” the Dancing With the Stars alum marveled alongside photos of the cute couple on their wedding day. “I could not love the two of you more! Welcome to our family!”

Months later while exclusively chatting with Closer, Marie dished Jessica was “loving” life as a new wife. “I’m happy that she has someone in her life with her, you know?” Marie added. “It makes me happy.”

Although Jessica and Sara have given no indication of if they hope to start a family, fans know Marie can’t wait for the day she welcomes another grandbaby.

“Out of all the awards and accolades that I have been blessed with throughout my life,” she previously gushed to Closer in 2016, “nothing comes close in comparison with the blessings I receive from being a mother to my eight children and grandma.”
