Wanna Live Like Savannah Guthrie in a Chic Tribeca Loft? It’ll Cost You Around $6 Million!

If you’re simply starved for ideas about how to spend that $6 million you’re sitting on, why not buy Savannah Guthrie‘s gorgeous NYC apartment? The Today anchor and her husband, Michael Feldman, listed their Tribeca loft in June, and it’s still on the market! Michael, a political consultant, bought the place back in 2012 for $3.8 million, a couple of years before he and Savannah tied the knot. And since those nuptials, this power couple has welcomed two kids, so perhaps they’re now looking for an even roomier home.

The NYC apartment that they’re offloading will be a tough act to follow, though. According to the home’s Sotheby’s listing, the fifth-floor unit boasts three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, a 31-foot great room, and a total of 2,691 square feet of space. It also happens to be decked out. The built-in cabinets are custom walnut, the kitchen appliances are Miele, the bar appliances are U-line, and the bar itself comes from Italy.

Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living space with light, while noise-isolating windows keep the master bedroom quiet. The en-suite master bathroom rocks a double vanity, a rainfall shower, and a deep soaking tub. Plus, the Guthrie-Feldmans kept the place in “spectacular mint condition” — and even recently repainted the walls and refinished the hardwood floors — so it’s move-in ready.

Residents in the building enjoy access to the rooftop, a gym, and a garage, but Savannah probably enjoyed another perk even more — she lived right next door to one of her favorite Today colleagues. In July, Savannah told E! News, “Jenna Bush Hager is my next door neighbor. She’s one of my closest friends! I look out [my daughter] Vale’s window, across the courtyard, and I look into Jenna’s bedroom. She tries to keep the shades drawn.”

Those Sotheby’s pics show the unit conspicuously empty, so it seems like Savannah and her family have already packed up and moved out. As for where this 46-year-old lives now, your guess is as good as ours, since that info seems to be private. But we imagine her new place is fabulously appointed… and only a quick drive away from of 30 Rockefeller Center!
