All Things Fancy! Inside Mark Wahlberg’s Former Beverly Hills Estate With Wife Rhea and Kids

Mark Wahlberg‘s net worth is reported to be nearly $400 million, so the fact that his family once lived in this massive mansion doesn’t come as a surprise. The Lone Survivor star and his wife, Rhea Durham, previously resided in Beverly Hills with their four kids, Brendan, Grace, Ella Rae and Michael.

Mark and Rhea were living in their 30,000-square-foot estate for more than a decade, Velvet Ropes reported. The contemporary-style property sat on six acres of land and was located in one of the most prestigious gated communities in L.A. called Beverly Park.

In February 2023, the couple sold the property for $55 million, according to multiple outlets. Mark and Rhea made the decision to move their family to Nevada.

“I want to be able to work from home,” he shared during an episode of The Talk in October 2022. “I moved to California many years ago to pursue acting, and I’ve only made a couple of movies in the entire time that I was there.”

The incredible abode had more than enough room for their growing kiddos as it featured a whopping 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. Yes, you read that correctly. This means Mark and Rhea’s space was the perfect place to entertain their friends and family.

The duo’s one-time property featured a main house, where Mark, Rhea and their children lived, as well as a guest house and an entertainment complex. Aside from the bedrooms and bathrooms in the main house, you could also find the couple’s luxurious kitchen, living rooms, dining areas and more. Some of the most desirable features in Mark’s previous home included his very own wine cellar, movie theater and library.

As far as the backyard, the Patriots Day actor — who married Rhea in 2009 — created the most enviable setup. In addition to the outdoor patio, which boasted a gorgeous pool, gazebo and lounge area, Mark’s backyard also offered access to a full-size basketball court and a putting green for golf.

The Departed star loves spending time at home with his wife and kids, so it was not rare to catch a glimpse inside Mark’s fancy abode while he lived there. In November 2020, the doting dad stood on his basketball court and gave a look at the massive backyard while bonding with his sons. Weeks earlier in October, he shared the cutest video of his daughter Grace dancing around one of the hallways in their then-residence.

Mark also enjoyed working out in his lavish home gym. On Instagram, he’s constantly keeping fans up to date on his dedicated fitness journey.
