Wendy Williams is looking better than ever!

In a new interview, the 51-year-old TV star revealed she has lost 50 pounds over three years by cutting meat, dairy and refined sugars from her diet and abstaining from snacking after dark.

“I’m thinner now than I’ve ever been,” Wendy said of her weight loss during an after show video from her daytime talk show, The Wendy Williams Show. “I’ve cut meat from my diet… which I find to be amazing, because of all the crazy diets I’ve ever been on, nothing has been as effective as ‘Just [cut] back, fatso! Stop eating so much!'”

“I cut back — no refined sugars, dairy is out. I do miss eggs though. I’ve picked up on other great habits like juicing, and [eating] kale. I don’t love food as much as I used to. I generally don’t eat after dark. Kale chips instead of potato chips. Coconut water instead of San Pellegrino soda,” she continued.

“Slow and steady is the name of the game. It’s not going to happen overnight. I no longer believe in fad diets, crash diets, diet pills. Yes, I did have a jumpstart with [weight loss] because years ago I had liposuction and a tummy tuck. But if there were a poster child for plastic surgery and the jump off [from that] to a healthy lifestyle, it would be me,” Wendy added.
