Just months after critics slammed Victoria Beckham for featuring too-skinny models in her New York Fashion Week shows, the 41-year-old fashion designer hit the red carpet looking alarmingly thin earlier this week.

The mom-of-four looked particularly skinny while attending Burberry’s Festive Film Premiere with fashionable sons Romeo Beckham, 13, and Cruz Beckham, 10, in London on Tuesday, Nov. 3. She and her husband, David Beckham, 40, are also parents to Brooklyn, 16, and Harper, 4.

At the gathering, Victoria sported a strapless black dress with her hair in a low ponytail that distinctly revealed her bony chest and protruding collarbone.
