Oh no! Victoria Beckham has, unfortunately, injured her foot and now must use a boot and crutches to get around. The 43-year-old fashion designer took to Instagram on Saturday, Feb. 24 to reveal the news and show off her new medical accessories. “Thank you for all the lovely messages, a small stress fracture just needs some rest! #ItsNotIdeal,” Victoria captioned a pic of herself online.

“Wishing you a speedy recovery,” one of Victoria’s 19 million followers commented on the pic with another fan similarly adding, “Get well soon. I had this happen twice and stopped wearing heels after!” Though the star did not reveal exactly how she hurt her foot, the rest of the Beckham family was recently spotted on a snowboarding trip, so maybe Victoria’s injury was from her hitting the slopes.

Sadly, Victoria’s fractured foot may hinder her ability to exercise in the coming weeks. In a previous interview with People, the mom-of-four revealed she typically works out for two hours each morning. “I get up quite early, around 6 a.m., and do an hour in the gym before the kids get up, then I give them breakfast and David [Beckham] or I take them to school. I’ll then fit in another hour’s workout before I go to the office. I’m very disciplined, I have to be,” she confessed.

“It’s really the only time in the day I get to myself. No one comes into the gym, no one follows me in there with a laptop. If I’m standing in the kitchen for too long, then laptops will come floating in my direction. Someone always wants something approved, something signed off. Other than the children no one dares come into the gym,” Victoria continued. We hope she recovers from her foot injury sooner than soon!
