Much like her Blue Bloods character, Eddie Janko-Reagan, Vanessa Ray, has a supportive husband. The actress has been married to Landon Beard since 2015.

How Many Times Has Vanessa Ray Been Married?

Vanessa has been married twice. The Pretty Little Liars actress was married to her first husband, Derek Baynham, from 2003 to 2009.

She was able to find love again. Vanessa and Landon got engaged in 2015 and got married that same year in Pala, California.

“He convinced me to go for a walk to one of our favorite spots — Pier 84 — on the Hudson River in the freezing cold,” she told Hello! Magazine of their engagement.

“I literally spent the morning reading food magazines and doing nothing but surf Pinterest for cool side braids,” she added. “Thinking about it now, I could feel his heart pounding even through the many layers of clothing we had on out there. He pulled out the ring, we cried, and I started asking a million questions. ‘Did you ask my parents? My brother? Does Kelly know? Does she like the ring?’”

Landon is an actor and a singer who was born in San Diego, California. His acting credits include appearances in 2005’s Sacrifice, 2010 episodes of Gravity and 2012’s Generation Um…, along with a credit as a vocalist in Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons: Tribute on Ice in 2008.

Does Vanessa Ray Have Kids?

In March 2024, Vanessa announced that she and Landon welcomed a son named Isaac Ray Beard.

“My husband and I weren’t totally sure if we were going to have kids, at what point in our life that made sense and all those things,” she told People at the time. “I was at work one day, honestly I was about to do a family dinner and I just had this overwhelming sensation of family and what I love about our life and all of these things.”

Vanessa said she told Blue Bloods costar Bridget Moynahan of her and Landon’s decision to adopt.

“I literally was at work crying and I went to Bridget Moynahan and I was like, ‘I just called Landon and we think we should be parents,'” Vanessa said. “She was like, ‘Great, you need to talk to Peter Hermann.'”

Peter adopted son Andrew and daughter Amaya with wife Mariska Hargitay and offered Vanessa advice about the adoption process.

“Graciously, he really held our hand and walked us through everything that we would need to know about adoption,” she shared. “It’s a lot of first dates almost. It almost feels like there’s a ton of heartbreak that comes along with it.”

In October 2024, Vanessa opened up about celebrating her first Halloween as a mom.

“If you had told me last year that I’d be participating in a group Winnie the Pooh costume, whilst trick-or-treating at the White House, with my almost 1 year old… I’d assume some sort of inappropriate substance had been dropped,” she captioned an Instagram photo. “Thank you so much @odyilliams and @alyshaumphress for being the coolest people I know and inviting us to tag along. Life has had some fun plans for us, huh @landonbeard ?”
