‘DWTS’ Host Tyra Banks’ Son York Is Super Cute! See the Little Guy’s Most Adorable Pics

What a little cutie pie! Tyra Banks‘ son, York, is growing up super fast. Thanks to his famous mom, fortunately, fans sometimes get to see adorable pics of him on Instagram.

The supermodel and her ex-boyfriend, Erik Asla, welcomed their little boy via surrogate in January 2016. “The best present we worked and prayed so hard for is finally here. He’s got my fingers and big eyes and his daddy Erik’s mouth and chin,” Tyra wrote on social media following York’s birth.

“As we thank the angel of a woman that carried our miracle baby boy for us, we pray for everyone who struggles to reach this joyous milestone. York Banks Asla, welcome to the world,” she sweetly continued.

After Tyra welcomed her son, she spent as much time with him as possible, and soon enough, she noticed how quickly he started to pick up on things. “I will say my son is very advanced,” she gushed to Closer Weekly and other reporters in November 2019. “He asked me about symbiosis the other day, and I had to Google it.”

The America’s Next Top Model host was stumped. “I was like, ‘Symbiotic, what does that mean again?!’” she hilariously recalled. “He was like, ‘Mommy, it’s symbiosis.’ Now he’s talking about stalagmites and stalactites! He’s not even 4 yet. He’s a good science boy.”

The Dancing With the Stars judge — who dated Erik from 2013 to October 2017 — also praised her little man around the time he started speaking. In February 2018, Tyra revealed York was already “talking up a storm.”

“He’s amazing,” the proud mama gushed to Us Weekly during an event in New York City. “He speaks Norwegian, Spanish and English!”

Being a mom and a Hollywood star isn’t easy. Even though Tyra effortlessly juggles her time between work and motherhood, she knows little York will always be her No. 1.

“My secret to balance is to focus on one thing at a time. I used to be the most amazing multitasker, doing three things at once,” she explained to People in November 2016. “Not anymore, now that I have my son. I think that’s Mother Nature’s way of saying this life you created takes all of your brainpower.”

York is so lucky to have the star as his mama!
