She continued, “Please continue to keep Tracy and the others in your thoughts and prayers throughout the recovery.”

The pair, who have been engaged since 2011, share an 11-month-old daughter, Maven Sonae. Tracy also has three sons from his first marriage.

While the actor is still in critical condition at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, the driver who caused the wreck appeared in court on Wednesday and pled “not guilty” to vehicular homicide and assault by auto.

While out on $50,000 bond, Kevin Roper, 35, posted a series of tweets to his personal Twitter account, placing blame on the media for false reports.

“As for the accident i have some things to get off my chest that the media and police have neglected to report. First off i never said i was…awake for 24 hours, not once did i say that to any law enforcement or media person,” he wrote.

“These are lies being spread because they are pressured…to make an arrest as this accident was being covered “NATIONALLY” because a famous person was involved.”

He also maintained he was neither drunk nor high at the time of the incident.

“So yes i am now most likely fu*ked because i had an unfortunate ACCIDENT with the wrong car that night,” Kevin wrote on his account, which is currently set to private.
