Meredith Vieira‘s daytime talk show is sadly coming to an end.

According to a new report, The Meredith Vieira Show will be canceled in early 2016 due to low ratings.

A TV insider told Page Six program execs have already started telling representatives for celebrity guests that the show will be axed in March.

“ The Meredith Vieira Show is on hiatus for two weeks for the holidays. Production will resume in January. No announcement regarding Season 3 has been made,” a source close to NBC told the entertainment news outlet, hinting at the talk show’s impending cancellation.

Meredith, 61, was named host of  The Meredith Vieira Show in July 2013 and the series premiered in September 2014 on NBC. The journalist previously served as a co-host on Today from 2006 until 2011 and as moderator on The View from 1997 to 2006.
