She’s glowing! Tamron Hall put her baby bump on full display when she stepped out at the 2019 Adapt Leadership Awards on Thursday, March 14 in New York City. On the red carpet, the former Today cohost sported a gorgeous burgundy dress with nude, open-toed heels and rocked her gorgeous diamond engagement ring and wedding band on her left ring finger.

Tamron, 48, recently announced that she’s expecting her first child and had gotten secretly married in a cute video that she shared to Instagram on Monday, March 4. In the clip, she wore a stunning, white, knee-length dress and hugged her baby bump while dancing along to the popular children’s song “Baby Shark.”

“Surprise guys! Can you believe it? I’m about to be a mommy shark very soon!” she said in the adorable video. And, in a separate Instagram post that she shared on the same day, Tamron also revealed that she had gotten hitched.

“I’ve wanted to share this news for many months and now finally my doctor has said I am in a safe place, at 32 weeks, to share my joy with y’all,” she wrote online. “My husband Steven and I are beyond excited! We’re in constant prayer, so if you pray, add us to your list; if you meditate, send calmness our way; and if you believe in luck, we’ll happily take that too. More to share in a few weeks when the baby arrives! Next chapter! Blessed and Grateful.”

Tamron’s outing at the 2019 Adapt Leadership Awards is the first time she’s flaunted her baby bump on the red carpet since announcing her surprise pregnancy. “First event with bump,” she wrote via Instagram alongside a photo of herself wearing her stunning burgundy dress. “3 days ago this fit. Bump waits on no one or any fashion,” she hilariously added.

Tamron met up with her good friend Al Roker at the event. Taking to Instagram, she shared a photo of herself with Al and his wife, Deborah Roberts, who were the gala’s honorary co-chairs. “About last night,” Tamron penned the caption. “Thank you @alroker and @debrobertsabc for inspiring us to do more to help children living with disabilities. As I said you are #couplegoals and #familygoals! Adapt Leadership Awards Gala.”

Tamron looked phenomenal when she went onstage to accept the 2019 ADAPT Leadership Award for her work in the ADAPT Community Network. With Tamron’s help, the organization provides programs and services for people who are living with disabilities.

Tamron also shared a photo of herself holding her new award via Instagram. “Feel good Friday!! Blasting #Beyonce Shining! Lol,” she wrote in the caption. “What an honor to receive this leadership award from Adapt Community Network. #grateful and working to do more …”

Due to Tamron’s abrupt exit from NBC, she and Al are no longer working for the same network. But that doesn’t mean that Tamron is out of a job! She announced via Instagram that she’s excited for her new daytime talk show, Tamron Hall, to premiere on ABC. “When one door closes … (say it with me) another one opens!” she wrote online. Congrats, Tamron!
