Tamera Mowry Drinks Twin Sister Tia’s ‘Amazing’ Breast Milk in Hopes That It Would Cure Her Sickness
The Real cohost Tamera Mowry-Housley has nothing but love for her twin sister, Tia Mowry-Hardrict! When the TV personality recently fell ill, she didn’t head to her local pharmacy to buy medicine that could possibly cure her symptoms. Instead she posted a video to Instagram of herself drinking a cup of Tia’s breast milk because it can apparently be very beneficial to adults.
“Oh my gosh, Tia, this is amazing,” Tamera, 40, said in the video. “Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life, oh my god.” Tia, also 40, shared the same video to her official Instagram account on Wednesday, February 20, and revealed that this isn’t the first time that Tamera has tried her breast milk. “Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing,” she captioned her video. “She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk. Ps, she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin.”
Although it might seem a little shocking that Tamera drank a cup of her sister’s breast milk, they actually have a very close bond. In a previous interview with People, Tia said that she and Tamera are so close because their kids help them stay in contact with one another. “No matter how busy we get or how we have our separate lives with our separate families, we have children that really bring us together,” she gushed. “The kids are so close and get a long so well. They act more like siblings.”
Tia is a proud mom to her two kids — Cree Hardrict, 7, and Cairo Hardrict, 9 months — who she shares with her husband, Cory Hardrict. And like Tia, Tamera also has two kids. Tamera and her husband, Adam Housley, share their 6-year-old son, Aden Housley, and their 3-year-old daughter, Ariah Housley, together.
