With a Tony, a Golden Globe and a spot on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Diahann Carroll has reached the height of stardom — but when it comes to her luxurious Beverly Hills condo, she prefers to be a little more grounded.
The legendary Dynasty star moved into the stunning skyscraper more than 20 years ago. “Getting out of bed every morning, I would only see the sky, and I was starting to talk about moving because I was getting dizzy!” Diahann shares with Closer.

Lucky for her, a couple who lived on a lower floor were moving. “It worked out well for everyone,” she says. “Now I get to see the trees and look at the spectacular houses being built in the hills. Seeing the Earth is a lot more comforting!”
While it may be more down-to-earth, practically everything in the two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condo is the height of elegance — from Diahann’s sleek piano to paintings and sculptures from her favorite Santa Fe, New Mexico, galleries.

The Bronx-born actress also incorporated pieces from the “three or four big houses” she’s lived in since moving to the West Coast to shoot her 1968–1971 sitcom, Julia.
