If there is one thing that Susan Sarandon will always have time for it is being a grandmother — and it is quite clear that the actress is crazy about her grandkids.

The 73-year-old attended The Sound Inside opening night on Broadway on Thursday, October 17, and revealed what exactly she loves best about being a grandmother. “Everything!” the Hollywood star gushed exclusively to Closer Weekly. “Those kids are great, and I’m going to have another one in March, so that’s really exciting!”

The Oscar-winner is a grandma to to her daughter Eva Amurri Martino‘s two children — Marlowe Martino, 5, and Major Martino, 3. Aside from her eldest, Susan also has two sons — Jack, 30, and Miles, 27 — both shared with Tom Robbins. However, while her little ones aren’t so little anymore, the Thelma and Louise star is grateful she has her grandkids.

“They are thriving,” Susan exclusively told Closer Weekly at another event in New York City back in 2018.“ Marlowe is just so funny — she’s a fierce little clown and so articulate. And Major’s really showing his personality. They’re divine. I love them.” The A-lister also finds herself doing plenty with Eva’s kids.

“Just hanging with them — Marlowe thinks everything is funny and she’s absolutely fearless,” Susan explained. “Major is into doing people’s hair and cleaning at the moment, so I don’t know how long that will last.” In fact, earlier this year, the Stepmom costar’s grandkids even got to see their grandmother in one of her most memorable movies.

“They are about to watch @SusanLovesJack in Enchanted for the first time,” Eva, 34, wrote in an Instagram story on March 5. She then gave quite the update.

“The kids watch it for a bit and then took an hour-long break to play in the next room — until they heard the chaos at the end of the movie and ran back in time just to watch their grandma turn into a terrifying dragon … and then die,” the TV actress continued. “And then I answered 293364758382 questions about it.”

It is so great to hear just how much of a positive impact those two little ones have had on Susan!
