Well it certainly seems like some people are still on their holiday vacation.

Simon Cowell works a ton, so it is no surprise that the A&R executive and television producer has taken some time off and headed to Barbados for quite the sunny adventure. And he hasn’t been alone. The 59-year-old decided to not only his bring his girlfriend Lauren Silverman, but his son Eric, 4, and Lauren’s son Adam, 12, also joined the good times. And perhaps the America’s Got Talent judge wants to get all the family time in he can, as a new season of the talent competition begins on Jan. 7.
