The 51-year-old took to the social media platform to show her fans just how much progress she’s made in her diet after revealing an addiction to sugar — an addiction so severe she found herself downing 66 packets of Splenda per day. The TV personality posted some before and after photos of herself to show the incredible difference. Take a look below!
“I have never shared what my body looks like with no clothes on, but I wanted to share with you what I looked like 10 months ago and the progress I’ve made since April 2018,” she began her caption off with. “I went off #sugar #coldturkey in Mar 2018 and starred #keto appx June/July 2018.” She continued, “My weight last year I believe was 189 (too tired to look for the scale pics) and now I go back and forth between 159-161lbs. My waistline was 47” and it is now 35” (Lord on my wishlist is 29” waist … 27” if you’re in a good mood).”
The comedian added, “Just want to encourage you to take one step towards your health … then another … then another … small changes everyday … yield big #results in one year.” Sherri then revealed, “I am really putting my fat belly out there for ridicule but I am passionate about wanting YOU to feel better … find your purpose and get past fear. I want so much for you to experience #freedom … to get your #joyback … to feel #confidence that you can Conquer the world! If I can do it YOU can too! Love you!”
Just last month, the View alum showcased her confidence in her skin by donning a bikini with model Ashley Graham for a photoshoot. “This was a particularly scary move for me [because] I artfully disguise everything on my body I don’t want seen,” she said at the time. “But I said yes to being in a swimsuit [because] I wanted to encourage you to run towards the very things you #fear [because] there are amazing #blessings on the other side.”
