Robert Herjavec and his wife, Diane Plese, have sadly called it quits.

The Shark Tank tycoon, 51, and his spouse of nearly 25 years have separated and are headed for divorce, according to ‘TMZ.’

“Human relationships are so difficult,” Robert told the entertainment news website. “I wish nothing but love and peace for our family as we move forward from this.”

The couple married in 1990 and have three children together, daughters Caprice and Skye and son Brendan.

The businessman — whose net worth is an estimated $125 million — made his fortune in the security solutions industry. He joined ‘Shark Tank’ in 2009 and is now starring on ABC’s hit reality competition ‘Dancing With the Stars’ for the show’s upcoming 20th season.
