The 50-year-old country star has canceled two upcoming concerts on her Rock This Country tour due to a respiratory infection.

“Shania Twain’s doctors have advised her to rest for several days after she was diagnosed with a respiratory infection. The concert dates are unable to be rescheduled due to Shania Twain’s current touring schedule,” a message posted to Shania’s official Facebook page on Tuesday, Oct. 6 read.

“Shania Twain apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause her fans and greatly appreciates their understanding. The tour will resume on October 9th at the Videotron Centre in Quebec City,” the message stated.

Earlier this year, the “Man! I Feel Like a Woman!” singer — who previously endured intensive therapy to treat lesions on her vocal cords — announced her Rock This Country tour would be her last. “This is going be a big, big tour… It’s a celebration tour for me,” she said during a March appearance on Good Morning America.

“Shania’s said this tour feels like a closing of one chapter of her life. It’s like a victory lap… She’s really looking forward to it,” a close friend of Shania previously told Closer Weekly.
