So tough! Sarah Michelle Gellar is so impressed by how her best pal Selma Blair is handling her Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

“She’s amazing. She’s Selma. Her sense of humor is intact. Maybe her body is not where she’d like it to be at this very moment but it’s not gonna stop here from doing anything,’ the 42-year-old recently told Entertainment Tonight.

“I joke that [when] I have a cold and I don’t wanna get out of bed for two weeks,” she continued. “But this girl just does the school run every morning and [is] out there at birthday parties and is not letting an illness stop her from accomplishing everything and anything.”

This isn’t the first time that the Buffy alum has praised her friend after her learning of her disease. “Last night [Selma] stood on the world stage for the first time, since being diagnosed with MS,” the actress captioned a photo of the Hellboy costar, 46. “To say I’m proud, would be a gross understatement. When I have a cold, I want to hide from the world under my covers. But not Selma. She is facing this diagnosis, the way she faces everything, with dignity, grace and head on.”

“I know the support and encouragement that she has received on this platform has truly been a source of strength for her. This is not an easy journey, but Selma will not let this define her,” she added.

The pals were recently spotted celebrating over 20 years of friendship at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. A Disney spokesperson told People that the pair planned to recreate all of the fun moments that they had at the theme park from 21 years ago. Photos of the two showed Sarah pushing Selma as she sat in a wheelchair.

This is clearly just a beautiful friendship.
