Sarah Palin is coming to a television near you! The former vice presidential candidate will host a weekly outdoor-themed program on the Sportsman Channel starting in 2014 that will celebrate the “red, wild and blue” lifestyle, according to a statement from the network.

The program, entitled “Amazing America,” is set to debut in April with an order of 12 episodes. But if you're hoping to watch, you may be out of luck. The Sportsman Channel is currently offered in only 32 million homes, which is less than one-third of American households with televisions.

According to the network’s website, the channel offers “the most entertaining and informative hunting, shooting and fishing multimedia content,” which appears to now include Palin and her love of the great outdoors.

In a statement provided by the network, Palin said, “The network showcases a lifestyle that I love and celebrate every day and it's great to be a part of their team.” Network CEO Gavin Harvey also added, "It's very important to have somebody of her stature as a personality on Sportsman because it validates the whole category for everybody.”

Since Palin's failed attempt to become Vice President in 2008, the former Governor of Alaska has worked as a commentator for Fox News Channel and starred in a short-lived reality series called “Sarah Palin’s Alaska” on TLC.
