After only six months back on the co-hosts panel, Rosie O’Donnell has sadly decided to leave The View.

The 52-year-old star announced via her publicist on Friday, Feb. 6 that she is exiting the show to put her “family and health first” following her separation from wife Michelle Rounds, 43, in November 2014.

“I can confirm that Rosie and her wife Michelle split in November. Rosie has teens and an infant at home that need her attention. This has been a very stressful situation,” the statement read. “She is putting her personal health and family first. ABC has been wonderfully understanding and supportive of her personal decision to leave ‘The View.’ Next week will be her last.”

In 1995, the actress adopted a son, Parker, before welcoming kids Chelsea, Christopher and Vivienne with her first wife, Kelli Carpenter. Rosie and Kelli divorced in 2007.

Since her return for the show’s 18th season this past fall, rumors have abounded that Rosie was having a hard time getting along with fellow hosts Whoopi Goldberg, 59, Rosie Perez, 50, and Nicolle Wallace, 43.

Succeeding the announcement of her departure from the program, ABC released the following statement: “Rosie is an immensely talented star who comes in each and every morning brimming with ideas, excitement and passion for the show. When she told us she wanted to exit ‘The View,’ we respected and understood her desire to put her well-being and her family first. We’re delighted she’s still part of the ABC family with upcoming guest appearances on ‘The Fosters,’ and we know she’ll return to ‘The View’ often with her unique point of view and updates on her work and her family.”
