Another famous face has spoken out against the massive college admissions scandal that has rocked the country, as this time around it was Rita Wilson getting completely honest while on Busy Tonight.

“It is so unethical and disturbing because there are kids who work really hard that are on financial aid who are desperate for a spot in any college,” the 62-year-old told host Busy Phillips while on the late night program on Thursday, March 14. She continued, “It is also insulting to the colleges that are not considered elite as if there’s somehow different or you’re getting a different education. It doesn’t matter, it’s all about hard work.”

Tom Hanks‘ wife was of course referring to the college scam that involved numerous wealthy parents — Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were allegedly also involved and have been indicated. According to court documents obtained by ABC News, the Full House alum, 54, agreed to pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters [Isabella, 20, and Olivia Jade, 19] designated as recruits to the USC crew team — despite the fact that they did not participate in crew — thereby facilitating their admission to USC.”

Rita is just one person on the Hollywood landscape that has had no problem voicing their opinion on the scandal, as most recently Kelly Ripa had some strong words while on Live! With Kelly and Ryan on Tuesday, March 12. “Let me tell you something. As a parent who has gone through this process twice so far, test-taking is a nightmare,” the 48-year-old told her audience. “It is so exhausting … for the student, for the parents, for everybody involved. Particularity if you are my kids’ tutor, I would think it would be exhausting for you as well. You look at this and you go, ‘If you have the money to afford a tutor, you already have an advantage.'”

Busy Tonight airs Monday through Thursday at 11P on E!
