She’s known as the Pioneer Woman, and Ree Drummond is back to bring some wonderful meals into your household, as she has just debuted the cover to her newest cookbook.

The 50-year-old took to Instagram earlier this week to share the beautiful cover of her latest cookbook titled, The New Frontier: 112 Fantastic Favorites for Everyday Eating. On the cover, the TV personality is smiling on her Oklahoma ranch while holding a platter of grilled meat and vegetables.

“New cookbook, new cover, new food, new frontier! I actually stepped outside the kitchen for this cover and it was nice to get a little fresh air for a change!” the food writer captioned numerous snaps from inside her book. “(Also, I wore a top that was definitely NOT loose and flowy, which in my world is the same as ‘skin tight’ so I felt like I was wearing a latex catsuit, but those are my issues to sort out.),” she joked.

Ree’s captioned continued, “This cookbook has been many, many months (almost a year) in the making: Lots of testing, tasting, taking photos, writing, editing … it was a blast! I think you’re going to love what’s inside (swipe to see a peek!); it’s a mix of all the hearty, tasty dishes my family and I love, but with some delicious curveballs thrown in to keep things fun.”

The new book is scheduled to be released for all to read on October 22, so look out for that! When she’s not writing up a storm and letting her readers know about delicious meals, Ree is all about her four kids. She shares Alex, 22 Paige, 19, Bryce, 16 and Todd, 15, with her husband Ladd.

Recently, the blogger had to send Paige off to college, and got quite emotional. “Red nose, trembling chin, tight throat, aching heart. Leaving your child at college is no picnic. I’ve done it once before and thought maybe this time would be a little easier,” Ree wrote alongside a photo of her hugging her second oldest. “I think it’s a little harder. But through all the tears, I see this clearly: What a joy it is to usher her into the next stage of her life. Paige, I’m so grateful to be your mom.”

We just know Paige and her siblings will always be back home to spend time with her mom — and to enjoy her wonderful meals!
