So sweet! Ree Drummond is nothing but smiles on the latest issue of Pioneer Woman magazine — and that’s no surprise, especially since her husband, Ladd Drummond, stands alongside her.

For the first time in the magazine’s history, the 50-year-old shares a cover with her love on the fall issue. The Food Network star took to Instagram on Thursday, August 22, to gush about it all. “Cover Bae” she wrote alongside the mag. Take a look at it below!

Fans were loving this cover, as they took to the comments section to share positive words. “The perfect couple!” one person said. Another added, “Great. Looking forward to adding it with my collection. The pair appear together on the publication in honor of their approaching 23rd wedding anniversary — the couple tied the knot in 1996. It is also to makeup for the fact they missed their special day last year.

“I admit it: Our anniversary, September 21, totally passed us by last year,” the author wrote in the mag. “It was our daughter Alex’s ring ceremony at Texas A&M (a big deal for seniors!), and Ladd and I had to fly there and back in one day because I was filming my Food Network show on the ranch. In a word: hectic! Fortunately, neither of us gets too caught up with celebrating things on specific dates — we’re similar in that way!”

Aside from Alex, 22, the happy duo also share three more kids — daughter Paige, 19, and sons Bryce, 16, and Todd, 15. It’s clear that Ree and Ladd are crazy about each other. In fact, Ladd went all out to celebrate his wife’s birthday earlier this year to show her just how much he cares.

“Ladd had a surprise birthday party for me last night. I was truly surprised,” the chef gushed in an Instagram post. “My sister was there from Seattle, my closest high school friends came from San Diego, Dallas, Kansas City, and Atlanta, and my oldest/dearest childhood friends were there, too.”

“… I had been telling my husband that I really wanted the whole birthday thing to blow over this year and just pretend it never happened. I’m so glad the little booger decided not to listen to me,” she added. So sweet!
