Since it’s been such a long time since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoyed a great date night, they decided to head to the Aldwych Theatre in London on Saturday, March 2 to watch a performance of Tina Turner‘s new show Tina: The Musical.

“We were thrilled and honored to welcome The Duke and Duchess of Sussex to the show last night,” the official Twitter account of Tina: The Musical tweeted on March 2. Royal correspondent Omid Scobie later added that the royal couple had a great time during their outing. “A show source tells me their visit was private, unexpected and that they ‘thoroughly enjoyed themselves,’” he posted on Twitter.

As a former actress on Suits, Meghan, 37, seems to love going to the theater with her 34-year-old hubby. Although she had to give up her craft to be Harry’s wife, royal historian Robert Lacey believes that it’s not too late for Meghan to still practice her passion since she’s a patron of The National Theatre in London.

“If Meghan is ever missing the excitement of acting, this will put her back in touch with show business in a very creative way. It is tailor-made for her and she will throw herself into it,” Lacey previously revealed. “I can see her getting involved with productions or even directing something.” Lacey even thinks that Meghan could possibly perform at The National Theatre one day. “It’s not out of the question,” he admitted.

But with Meghan’s due date quickly approaching, she might want to settle into motherhood first before she can think about acting. And in her first official interview with Harry after they announced their engagement back in November 2017, she revealed that she had no regrets about leaving her career behind to become a royal.

“I think what’s been so exciting [transitioning] out of my career and into, as you said, the causes I can focus even more energy on, very early out of the gate [is that you] have a voice that people listen to, a lot of responsibility,” she previously said. “I see it is a new change, a new chapter. I’ve been working on my show [Suits] seven years, we were so fortunate to have that longevity, and I feel like I checked that box and am very proud of the work I’ve done there.”
