So exciting! Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall are opening up their home to dedicated royal fans everywhere. That’s right — Clarence House (where the duo lives) will be open for tours during the month of August.

Sadly, Charles and Camilla won’t be there. The two will be vacationing at Birkhall, which is their Scottish estate.

According to Royal Collection Trust, “This guided tour takes in the five rooms on the ground floor where official engagements are undertaken by Their Royal Highnesses, and also includes the Cornwall Room where 22 of The Prince of Wales’s watercolours are hung. The tour concludes with a glass of champagne and a view of the garden.” Count us in!

Some of those rooms include the Lancaster Room, the dining room, the garden room, the library, and the morning room (where Prince Louis’ christening photos were taken).

The average ticket costs about $14, but you can pay about $46 for an exclusive guided tour. But hurry, spots are filling up fast!

It’s nice that Charles and his wife are still able to travel despite their busy schedules. Who knows, maybe they’ll even book a trip in November for his 70th birthday and open up Clarence House for tours once again.

In a previous interview, Charles opened up about turning the big 7-0. “I do know only too well the strange feeling of disbelief that this is actually happening. Never again for instance will it be possible to squeeze into a pair of budgie smugglers… I don’t know about you, but now bits of me keep falling off,” he joked. “Don’t worry, they keep telling me, you have brilliant genes, but honestly I can’t even get into them either!”
