Is Kate Middleton appearing in an upcoming episode of Downton Abbey?

Unfortunately not — but the pregnant royal is visiting the hit show’s set!

Kate, 33, will reportedly head to the PBS period drama’s studios in West London on Thursday, March 12 to watch a scene being shot in a model of the Highclere Castle servants’ area. She will also view a second take of the scene via monitors in the producers’ “video village.”

During her visit, the royal — who is known to be an avid fan of the show — will be met by series creator Julian Fellowes and given an exclusive tour of the studios. She will also view workshops and meet the program’s costume designers and makeup artists. Later that day, Kate will be treated to a reception to meet the show’s cast members, writers and producers.
