According to various reports, the production team is hoping to use less CGI on the film to give it a closer resemblance to the original trilogy.

After the photos were released, Star Wars fans received even more exciting news when Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy announced the addition of two new cast members to the project.

Oscar winner Lupita Nyong’o and Game of Thrones actress Gwendoline Christie have officially joined the J.J. Abrams-directed flick, though their roles remain tightly under wraps.
