Paula Deen may be headed for a split from her husband of 11 years, Michael Groover.

Rumors have been swirling that the 68-year-old TV chef will divorce her 59-year-old spouse after Paula quietly signed over the deed to the couple’s $1.3 million Savannah, Ga. home to Michael earlier this year.

According to the [New York Post](http://pagesix.com/2015/07/29/is-paula-deen-getting-divorced/?ga=1.185899500.439279612.1320980827)_, the move to grant Michael ownership of the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 5,646-square-foot mansion may be evidence of a private divorce settlement between the duo.

Paula and Michael — who works as a tugboat captain — married in 2004, the same year they purchased the Savannah, Ga. home. The deed documents filed by the former Food Network star reportedly state she gifted the home to her spouse “for and in consideration of her natural love and affection for her husband.”

Despite the rumors, Paula’s rep assured the couple are happy in their union and are not separating. “These rumors are completely false — they have a wonderful marriage. This deed of gift was just a part of Paula’s estate-planning process. Her new cookbook, Paula Deen Cuts the Fat, comes out on Sept. 8 and is dedicated to her husband, Michael.”
