After recently shedding an impressive 42 pounds, Oprah Winfrey is feeling better than ever. And while she’s happy about her impressive weight loss, the 64-year-old plans to continue to work at it despite her age. “I really want to get more fit and stronger and see if I can blow it out at [age] 65. Blow it out!” she shared with People in a new interview. “My goal to be 65 and you all say, ‘What happened to Oprah? She is ripped.'”

But that doesn’t mean she’s going to drive herself crazy if she doesn’t continue to slim down. “If I didn’t lose another pound, I still feel really fantastic,” she added. “I’m not trying to be skinny, not trying for a size. I’m just trying to be as healthy as my body wants to be.”

Oprah has always been positive about her weight loss experience. “Gone, for me, are the days of wanting to be thin to fit into anything other than my best body and best life. I feel vibrant and charged up for all the great ventures and adventures I know are coming,” the TV star said of her journey in O, The Oprah Magazine back in April 2016.

“Every day offers a new chance to embrace the wonder of being alive. And believe me, I do. I pay attention to the tiniest things… Another spring, new life. Nature changes herself yet again. We can change ourselves, too — blossoming into better habits,” Oprah continued.

Oprah has lost the weight by adhering to Weight Watchers’ diet and exercise regimen. She joined the popular program in October 2015 after investing in the company. “I believe in the @WeightWatchers program so much I decided to invest, join the board, and partner in [the] #WWFamily evolution,” she wrote on Twitter at the time. Keep it up, Oprah!
