Oprah Winfrey has always been a generous gifter as evidenced by the billionaire’s past acts (remember the 276 cars in ’04).

But the surprises didn’t end with her hit TV show. The mogul just made one fan’s dreams come true after she innocently reached out to the 60-year-old via Twitter.

User @snobaby28 wrote to The Butler star on Valentine’s Day: “You look beautiful in that essence cover pic. WOW. CAN I please have that dress? Cuz I know u won’t wear again lol luv u.”

The fan was referring to the ivory Brain Rennie for Basler gown that the TV titan wore on the cover of Essence magazine’s March 2014 Hollywood issue, which also featured actors Chiwetel Ejiojor, Forest Whitaker and Michael B. Jordan.

Surprisingly, Oprah replied. “You’re right I won’t wear ever again contact my asst. and show her this tweet.” @snobaby28 wrote back, “THANK YOU!!! You are truly a blessing. Sitting alone in sadness and you have brightened my day. Bless U.”

And the Mississippi native kept her word. On Feb. 21, @snobaby28 received the gorgeous gown.”THANK YOU! Recv beautiful dress. Plan to wear at my wedding when I find a groom lol but will twt pic wearing it soon. Luv u to life!” the excited fan wrote.

Oprah’s giveaway coincides perfectly with the March 2014 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine in which the star writes about the importance of de-cluttering.

“When you’re just coming into your own, nobody ever teaches you how to ask for less. But over the years, you begin to make distinctions; you start to focus on what’s important, and you start to release what’s superfluous,” she says in the mag.

“You realize that a single piece of art that really speaks to you can be far more powerful than a wall filled with ‘important’ works, that a meal eaten with feet up and pajamas on is usually a lot more pleasurable than any fancy-shmancy food at a black-tie gala…that less actually is so much more.”
