It seems like Olivia Newton-John is ready to move on from her 12-acre horse ranch as she has put it on the market — this comes as she continues to battle her third cancer bout in 30 years.

According to the LA Times, the 70-year-old has listed her Santa Ynez Valley property of four years and is asking for $5.4 million. That is $710,000 more than she paid for it. Carey Kendall of Village Properties states the ranch has four bedrooms and five bathrooms and comes in at a very spacious 4,452 square feet. Photos are here.

The property, built in 2008, also comes with a two-bedroom guesthouse and a four-car garage. It includes a swimming pool and a barn as well. The Grease actress isn’t a stranger to putting her homes on the market — she currently has an 187-acre farm in Australia that is up for sale, according to NY Daily News.

The Xanadu star is putting her home on the market all while dealing with cancer again — she is batting breast cancer for the third time. She kept her second bout with the illness private in 2013. “I just decided I wanted to go through it myself. And I did a lot of natural healing and a lot of herbs that my husband [John Easterling] made for me,” she explained on Today on March 8.

Olivia was diagnosed for the first time in 1992 and underwent a partial mastectomy and reconstruction.

Even with the tough journey, Olivia is still staying strong. “I think the thing I keep relearning is gratitude and just to relax. Life is not to be rushed through, it’s to be savored and be grateful,” she, once exclusively told Closer Weekly. The Aussie beauty added that she is spending a lot of time with her family and beloved animals as of late. “So I’m really, really, happy — I’m maybe at my happiest right now.”
