Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have developed a well-deserved reputation for being one of Hollywood’s most affectionate couples.
In mid-October, the Oscar-winning actress and country superstar’s lovey-dovey behavior was on full display when Keith, 48, flew to London to see Nicole perform in her sold-out West End play, Photograph 51.

As the glowing pair stepped out together to greet fans, they appeared happier than ever, with Nicole clasping her husband’s hand and beaming. But despite her dazzling smile, Nicole, 48, has been going through one of the most trying times of her life.

She’s faced recent tabloid reports linking Keith to music ingenue Kelsea Ballerini, 22, and braved hurtful comments made about her by Isabella Cruise, 22, her estranged daughter with ex-husband Tom Cruise, 53.

Still, Nicole is determined to remain strong. “Nicole is very sad about Isabella, but hopes that they will come together one day,” an insider tells Closer. “And she trusts Keith and feels like they can get through anything.”

They’ve certainly had plenty of practice. Just six months after tying the knot in 2006, it was rumored that Keith — an alcoholic and former crack addict — had carried on a substance-fueled affair with 23-year-old old model Amanda Wyatt.
