Nicole Kidman is known for her incredible beauty as much as her award-winning acting, but the actress recently admitted there's no specific diet or exercise plan she follows to stay looking good.
In fact, the star claims she doesn't deprive herself of anything! "There's certainly no secret regime. I wish there was," Nicole shared.
"I'm actually not that strict with my diet. I pretty much eat anything, but all in moderation," she added.
The Grace of Monaco actress has the same nonchalant attitude about exercise. "Likewise with fitness, I try not to be too strict with it and mix it up to make sure it stays fun," the mom-of-four explained, telling the Los Angeles Times she'll often go for a bike ride or hike with hubby Keith Urban and youngest daughters, Sunday, 5, and Faith, 3.
"I'm sure all working mothers can relate to how hard it is to juggle a family while keeping healthy through diet and exercise! That's why I'm a fan of all types of training," the 47-year-old told the paper.
"I run, ride my bike, do yoga, whatever I can do and wherever I am in the world," she continued. "We try to exercise as a family, which makes it much easier to squeeze in among everything else and, of course, much more enjoyable."
