A representative for NBC has denied this morning's reports that Today show co-anchors Natalie Morales, 42, and Willie Geist, 39, "were recently told they were fired" from the network's popular morning program.
"We have a strong anchor team we want here for a long time," the rep said in a statement.

Willie first joined 'Today' back in 2012 and currently serves as co-anchor of the show's third hour and special segment, 'Today's Take.' Natalie has been working as the news anchor, as well as the co-host of the third hour since 2006.
Earlier this morning, Us Weekly reported the co-anchors had been fired and were each in talks to move to different gigs following their departures from the program, with Willie and Natalie leaving for CBS and ABC, respectively.
The report further suggested the idea that Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford may be moved from the 10 a.m. hour to 9 a.m. and also claimed Tamron Hall may be demoted back to MSNBC.
