Have you ever seen anything cuter?! To ring in their son’s 4th birthday on February 27, Mike Fisher took to Instagram to share a sweet video of his wife, Carrie Underwood, as she hysterically sang “Happy Birthday” to their firstborn, Isaiah Fisher, after sucking helium from a balloon.

As she belted out the lyrics in a high-pitched, yet somehow still beautiful, voice, the multitasking mama gave the little birthday boy an awesome performance while simultaneously cradling her newborn son, Jacob Bryan Fisher. “Happy birthday Isaiah!!” the former pro hockey player wrote in the caption alongside a few laughing-face emojis. Since welcoming her newest little bundle of joy on January 21, fans of the country music artist have been dying to get another glimpse of the adorable tot. Even though Jacob is only visible from behind in this new video, Carrie, 35, can be seen wearing a Bebe au Lait cotton nursing cover as she balanced the youngster in her left hand and sucked helium out of a yellow balloon in her right hand.

It seems like Carrie singing to Isaiah isn’t the only thing to bring a smile to recently his face. Prior to his birthday bash, the “Love Wins” singer shared a pic to Instagram of Isaiah’s epic cake. “Ummm … @iveychilders and @iveycakestore have outdone themselves once again,” Carrie wrote in the caption of the photo.

“Isaiah loves the Muppets and his favorite movie right now is Muppets Most Wanted. He wanted a ‘most dangerous frog’ cake and he most certainly got one! And it tasted as delicious as it looked! Thanks for making his birthday celebration extra special!” she added.

Carrie may have her hands full nowadays, but it seems like she couldn’t be happier. “Carrie can’t believe how blessed she is,” a source close to the couple exclusively revealed to Closer Weekly around the time of Jacob’s birth. “This is a great time for Carrie and Mike and they’re going to cherish every single moment.”
