A two-minute interview has reportedly cost Mel Gibson’s ex Oksana Grigorieva a whole lot of money.

The actor’s relationship with the Russian singer was short-lived but resulted in a payout from Gibson after he fathered a daughter with her in 2009.

As part of the $750,000 settlement agreed upon during the pair’s heated custody battle in 2011, a confidentiality clause was included, which a judge declared recently that Grigorieva violated – when she spoke about Gibson in an Oct. 2013 interview with Howard Stern.

The 43-year-old is now likely to lose at least one third of her settlement, a big legal blow considering she just filed for bankruptcy, claiming only $10 to her name.

Grigorieva also famously turned down a $15 million settlement from Gibson in the hopes of securing more money.

Though the pianist didn’t reveal much to Stern about her relationship with the actor, she did call their time together a “painful and dark” experience, which was enough to violate the gag order.

The demise of their relationship was bitter indeed, ending after the “Braveheart” star pled no contest to a charge that he punched Grigorieva in the mouth.
