As a former actress, we’re sure Meghan Markle was so excited when she recently adopted London’s National Theatre as one of her four new royal patronages from Queen Elizabeth. And on Wednesday, January 30, the pregnant Duchess of Sussex paid a special visit to the organization and donned the most gorgeous blush outfit for the occasion!
For her latest royal engagement, Meghan, 37, looked super chic in a monochromatic, light pink dress (a perfect Valentine’s Day outfit!) with a matching coat designed by Brandon Maxwell. She also wore a recycled pair of Aquazzura Matilde criss-cross pumps that she previously donned during her November 2017 engagement photo shoot with now-husband Prince Harry and carried the Carolina Herrera clutch she rocked last year at Trooping the Colour.
Just before she arrived at the National Theatre, Kensington Palace released a statement explaining why the arts are so important to the Duchess of Sussex. “[Meghan] is a strong believer in using the arts to bring people from different backgrounds and communities together, and this first official visit to The National Theatre will explore the work they do, as well as meeting some of the talented teams and apprentices working behind the scenes,” the message read.
