This new royal baby may want to get a yoga mat.

According to a source, Prince Harry and a pregnant Meghan Markle, have received permission to build a large mom-and-baby yoga room at their Windsor home. That’s right, the family is hoping that that they can all enjoy regular yoga sessions together. The insider also reveals that planners at Windsor and Maidenhead council gave approval for builders to completely rip out the original Victorian boards in order to add a floor that is usually found in exercise or dance studios. That is going to be one hip baby.

Harry, 34, has been all about yoga thanks to Meghan, 37, who introduced it to him last year. Here’s what a friend of the Duke of Sussex had to say: “It has brought calmness to his life. Meghan has kept up her own routine during her pregnancy and many experts say gentle stretching is highly beneficial for babies too. The new Prince or Princess will be the first royal baby to be skilled in yoga.” In fact, not only has Meghan always been passionate about yoga, but her mom, Doria Ragland, has also been a yoga instructor. “Harry has been very supportive of Meghan and has worked with her in her yoga through her pregnancy,” the friend said. “They want to give their child the healthiest, happiest start in life.”

The couple, who are reportedly spending $3.8 million to renovate their farmhouse, expect it to be completed by the spring, just in time for Meghan to give birth to her first child. The home will apparently also include high-security gates for protection. “Harry and Meghan can’t wait for the changes,” the friend added. “This is the home they’ve planned and designed themselves.”

And Harry should probably also expect to do some early yoga with Meghan, as it was once revealed that the Duchess of Sussex wakes up at the crack of dawn to get her moves in. “Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” Charlotte Connell, a local, once said during the couple’s Australian tour, Sky News reported. “She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn’t sleep.”
