Even Meghan Markle makes style mistakes! When the Duchess of Sussex touched down in Dublin, Ireland with her husband, Prince Harry, on Tuesday, July 10, her Emerald green ensemble seemed perfectly polished. But eagle-eyed royal fans have noticed that Meghan actually made a funny fashion faux pas during the outing.

According to the Daily Mail, Meghan — or, more likely, her royal stylist! — forgot to remove the plastic wrappings around the protective studs adorning the bottom of her brand new (and totally gorgeous) cognac Strathberry tote bag.

Though the mishap was, obviously, very minor and really not a big deal, it’s still funny to see that royals like Meghan or her sister-in-law Kate Middleton still make occasional apparel mistakes even with the help of hired stylists. Royals are people too, after all!

The tan bridle leather Strathberry bag that Meghan carried to start her Ireland visit is clearly a favorite for the Duchess, as it’s actually the second time she’s used the $720 tote during a royal outing.

Back in December 2017 — five months before she tied the knot with Harry! — Meghan carried the tri-color navy, burgundy, and vanilla version of the Strathberry tote for a visit to the World AIDS Day charity fair in Nottingham, England.

The plastic left on Meghan’s tote in Ireland is additionally not the first minor fashion faux pas the Duchess has experienced since becoming a royal. In March, a Daily Mail writer noticed that Meghan forgot to snip the criss-cross stitching visible on the back of her navy wool J. Crew coat during an outing in Birmingham, England. The ‘X’ stitching (also known as “a tailor’s tack”) is included on the coat’s back vent to keep the fabric together while the garment is on display — it is supposed to be cut and removed prior to wearing.
